Dory has been a Realtor on the Cape since 1984, beginning as an agent in her husband's firm, Marchildon Associates, Realtors in Yarmouth. The firm was acquired by Kinlin Grover Real Estate in 2000, and since then, Dory and Lee have consistently ranked in the top 5% of Realtors on Cape Cod based on dollar volume.
In 2015, they were joined by Jesse Hagopian, a native son of Yarmouth and an experienced Realtor in Washington, DC for 10 years. Together, they work exclusively with repeat customers and referrals, and always strive for and are proud to guaranty Premier Service for each of their clients.
Dory and Lee give back to their community by donating a portion of each sales commission to Champ Homes of Hyannis which has helped nearly 3,000 clients with transitional housing since it was founded. They also volunteer their time to deliver for the Meals on Wheels in Yarouth. The Marchildon-Hagopian Team was the recent receipiant of the prestigeous "President's Club Award" for 2019 sales of $10M to $15M at the annual Kinlin Grover Awards Dinner.
Through their careers, they have been so honored to be chosen to market landmark properties in Yarmouth Port such as The Edward Gorey House; The Simpkins Manor House with 11 acres of land in Sandyside; The Capt George Mathews House at 1 Strawberry Ln on the Town Common (twice); and most recently, The Strawberry Hill Meeting House at 17 Church St.
Dory earned her BA Degree from Emmanuel College in Boston, is a former elementary school teacher in Yarmouth, and is a graduate of The Realtors Institute (GRI).
Lee holds a BS Degree in Finance from Boston College as well as a MBA in Financial Management from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He also holds the GRI, CRB, and CRS Designations from the National Association of Realtors, and previously served as Treasurer of the Cape & Islands Association of Realtors.
Jesse attended Dennis-Yarmouth Schools and graduated from Gordon College.
